Communication with Levisell employees

We expect our customers to treat all Levisell employees with dignity and respect. The use of obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise offensive language in interactions with Levisell employees violates our terms of service.

We are committed to creating a safe environment for our employees. If we find that you are subjecting our employees to inappropriate language or behavior, we will take appropriate action.

We do not tolerate, in particular, the following behaviors:

  • Any direct or indirect threats, including threats of physical or other harm.
  • Verbal remarks that insult, humiliate, or intimidate individuals based on personal characteristics. For example: ethnicity, skin color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender-specific characteristics, including gender discrimination.
  • Obscene language or noises that could be interpreted as sexual innuendo.
  • Inappropriate attempts to communicate with a Levisell employee outside of authorized channels, such as phone or chat through the Levisell app or website.
