Levisell Guidelines for Product Authenticity Assurance

Products offered for sale on Levisell must be genuine. The sale of counterfeit products is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the loss of selling privileges, withholding of funds, and destruction of inventory in our possession.

It is the responsibility of each seller and supplier to source, sell, and ship only authentic products. Prohibited products include bootlegs, counterfeit or pirated copies of products or content, products that have been illegally replicated, reproduced, or manufactured, and products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another party. If you sell or supply counterfeit products, we may immediately suspend or terminate your Levisell seller account (and any associated accounts) and destroy all counterfeit products in our fulfillment centers at your expense. Additionally, we only pay sellers once we are confident that our customers have received the genuine products they ordered. We may withhold payments if we determine that a Levisell account was used to sell counterfeit goods, commit fraud, or engage in other illegal activities.

We collaborate with manufacturers, rights holders, content owners, suppliers, and sellers to enhance the methods we use to detect counterfeit products and prevent them from reaching our customers. Therefore, we remove suspicious listings based on our own product review process. We also work with rights holders and law enforcement agencies worldwide to initiate and support legal action against sellers and suppliers who knowingly violate this policy and harm our customers. In addition to criminal fines and imprisonment, sellers and suppliers of counterfeit products may face civil penalties. These include the loss of amounts earned from the sale of counterfeit products, damages suffered by rights holders, statutory and other damages, and attorney's fees.

We stand behind the products sold on our website with our 1A Guarantee, and we encourage rights holders with concerns about product authenticity to inform us. We will promptly investigate and take all appropriate measures to protect customers, sellers, and rights holders.
