Request an out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with the Digital Services Act

You can apply for access to an out-of-court dispute resolution through a certified alternative dispute resolution body.

If you are unable to resolve your concerns regarding illegal content, your brand, or your advertising account through our standard channels, you may be entitled to out-of-court dispute resolution under the Digital Services Act. To participate in this dispute resolution process, you must contact a certified alternative dispute resolution body.

Representatives of a certified alternative dispute resolution body can then reach out on your behalf to dsa-settlement-bodies@levisell.com for instructions on how to participate in Levisell's out-of-court dispute resolution process.
