Delivery Time
For orders placed on a weekday by 7:00 AM, delivery usually occurs the following weekday by 6:00 PM. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, delivery typically occurs the day after the next by 6:00 PM. Delivery dates and services are only binding if explicitly confirmed in writing by Levisell.

Delivery time in Germany: If the items are in stock, the goods will be handed over for shipping the next business day after receiving the order. Within Germany, the delivery time via our logistics partner DHL is generally an additional 1-2 business days after dispatching the order. However, there may be slight delays during peak shipping periods (e.g., just before holidays).

Delivery time abroad: For orders shipped abroad, a delivery time of at least 3-21 business days is to be expected after the order has been dispatched by Levisell. In practice, shipping abroad takes about a week. During peak shipping periods (e.g., around Christmas), this duration may be extended.

Customs / Delivery Restrictions

Partial Delivery
Please pay attention to the availability of the ordered items, as we ship all items together. Partial deliveries at our expense will only be made if the delivery date specified at the time of order changes significantly.

If you order items with different delivery times and want to receive immediately available items right away, it is easiest to place multiple orders. If an order needs to be changed afterwards and items sent separately, please contact our support.
